The 0.126" (3.20 mm) solder post length gives a solid through-hole anchor for the 36 pins — expect a 2-row staggered footprint with 2.00 mm row spacing. Insulation height of 0.327" (8.30 mm) means the header stands off the board enough to clear components underneath, but check the keep-out zone for the latch holder on the mating side.
