Signal duty and footprint fit
The 545502094C is the 20-position member of Molex's Easy-On 54550 FFC/FPC connector line, rated 0.5 A per contact at 50 V — a signal-level interconnect for low-power flex circuits. The 0.020" (0.50mm) pitch and 0.047" (1.20mm) height above board suit dense board layouts where routing space is tight.
ZIF lock and cable prep
Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) actuation with a slide lock — the actuator slides to clamp the FFC or FPC without insertion force on the contacts. Accepts 0.30mm thick flex circuits with straight or tapered cable ends. Contacts are top-side, tin bismuth over phosphor bronze, rated for 20 mating cycles. The solder retention feature holds the connector in place during reflow.
