The Molex 152670 series provides 0.50mm pitch FFC (Flexible Flat Cable) jumper assemblies with over 240 variants — the finest pitch in the Molex FFC jumper portfolio. A 60-conductor 0.50mm FFC jumper is just 30mm wide, enabling high-resolution display interfaces (4K MIPI DSI), camera module connections (MIPI CSI), and ultra-compact embedded system interconnects.
At 0.50mm pitch, FFC alignment with the PCB connector contact array is critical. Insert the FFC perpendicular to the connector, verify the FFC is fully seated to the connector back wall, then close the actuator. Insertion at an angle can bend the fine-pitch contacts and cause intermittent opens.
