The Molex 66925-018 is a 36-position female socket receptacle in the Dubox series, configured dual-row at 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch and mounted through-hole at a right angle to the PCB surface. Gold plating on the mating interface (30.0 µin / 0.76 µm) handles the mechanical engagement cycles; the solder tails carry 100.0 µin (2.54 µm) of tin for wettability and long-term barrel integrity. The housing is glass-filled polyamide (nylon) rated UL94 V-0, the go-to material combination for industrial control and automation enclosures where flame-retardance is specified on the BOM.
What it mates with
All 36 positions are loaded — every circuit site is populated, which matters for fully-populated board assemblies versus partially-loaded variants where spare positions are left empty.
Board fit and termination
Right-angle through-hole mounting places the connector flat against the board edge with the I/O face oriented perpendicular to the PCB plane — the common orientation for ribbon cable or card-edge pass-through in control cards. The 0.115" (2.92mm) post tail length is standard for wave-solder profiles.
