The mating half must match the same 0.100" dual-row pitch and the 66-position count — an unshrouded header requires a matching IDC, wire-wrap, or solder-cup receptacle that seats the square pin profile without mis-mate risk.
What the ratings mean for your selection
The 5 A per contact rating governs the power duty the connector can carry per circuit — with tin plating rather than gold, this is a signal-to-moderate-power rating, so for any circuit approaching the full 5 A the designer should verify thermal rise against the housing UL94 V-0 ceiling. The 110 V rating is the dielectric ceiling — it rules out direct connection to mains-voltage bus bars but stays within range for low-voltage signal and power distribution paths found in industrial enclosures. With no shrouding and a push-pull square-pin fastening type, this header relies on the receptacle housing for primary polarization — the board layout must enforce correct orientation before the pair is seated, as there is no shroud to guide alignment mechanically.
