The Amphenol FCI 86832-164HLF is the 64-position member of the BERGSTIK II dual-row header series — a 0.100-inch (2.54 mm) pitch board-to-board header with through-hole solder termination. Phosphor bronze contacts carry 5 A per circuit at 110 V, with 30 µin gold plating on the mating interface. The black housing is glass-filled polyester rated UL94 V-0.
64-position dual-row layout
At 64 positions in a dual-row layout with 0.100-inch pitch and 0.100-inch row spacing, the unshrouded header with square pin cross-section mates with the matching BERGSTIK II IDC or pin-socket receptacle; pin-one keying on the housing face is the only mis-mate protection.
Contact rating and plating
The 5 A per circuit rating applies at the listed voltage of 110 V; the 30 µin gold thickness on the mating interface gives reasonable reconnection durability for a board-to-board signal or low-power distribution role. At 64 circuits in a dual-row layout the routing density between pins follows standard 0.100-inch pitch rules — one trace between adjacent pins on a standard PCB is routable.
