The Amphenol 93690-103-40LF is the 40-circuit member of the BERGSTIK unshrouded breakaway header series, designed for board-to-board or cable interconnect at 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch. Dual-row, 40 positions, all loaded — it is a square-pin through-hole male header built on 0.100" row spacing, with push-pull fastening rather than a locking latch. The contact material is copper alloy; the mating face carries 30.0 µin (0.76 µm) gold GXT plating while the solder/post side is 39.4 µin (1.00 µm) tin. Rated 5 A per circuit at up to 110 V, the insulation is black UL94 V-0 thermoplastic with a 0.100" (2.54 mm) standoff height. Termination supports both press-fit and solder — the post extends 0.177" (4.50 mm) below the board surface, and the overall contact length is 0.505" (12.83 mm).
