Contact plating and current rating
The 95687-152HLF: Contact finish at the mating interface is gold or Gold GXT at 30.0µin (0.76µm) — a meaningful thickness that supports re-mating cycles and maintains low contact resistance on initial and repeated mates. Phosphor bronze base material provides good spring fatigue resistance for the square-pin contact geometry. Rated 5 A per contact at the specified voltage — the 110V rating is well within the creepage and clearance envelope that 2.54mm pitch and dual-row spacing provide for typical board-level signal or moderate power interconnects.
Flammability and material
Insulator material carries a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, which means the housing self-extinguishes within the test window — a prerequisite for most industrial and instrumentation enclosures where connector proximity to other plastics matters. Insulation colour is black; insulation height off the board surface is 0.100" (2.54mm), which sets the board-stack standoff when mated to the complementary receptacle.
