BNC Plug for RG-58 — 4 GHz, 50 Ohm
The 000-36775: The bayonet lock provides a quick quarter-turn mate — standard for test equipment, instrumentation, and low-power RF links where you need a positive connection without a threaded coupling. The dielectric is PTFE. Rated for 500 mating cycles, it holds up in field-service or benchtop use where the connector gets reconnected frequently.
This plug accepts RG-58, 58A, 58B, 58C, 141, 303, LMR-195, Belden B7806A, and 9907. The shield is crimped; the center contact can be crimped or soldered — your choice depending on the tooling you have on hand. For a clean install, match the cable prep length to the ferrule and contact dimensions in the manufacturer's assembly instruction. You supply the cable and the crimp tool.

It shares the same BNC style, 50 Ohm impedance, 4 GHz bandwidth, 500 V rating, and cable group. The main difference is the dielectric: PTFE in the 000-36775 versus POM Acetal in the 31-320-RFX. For most RF applications below 4 GHz, the dielectric swap is transparent, but if you're working near the frequency ceiling or need the PTFE's lower loss tangent, stick with the 000-36775.
