Gender Swap vs. Standard TNC
The difference is the interface: the 031-5677 is RP-TNC with a female socket, so it mates with RP-TNC jacks (male pin), while the 031-2367-RFX is standard TNC and mates with standard TNC jacks (female socket). If your BOM calls for standard TNC, the 031-2367-RFX is the correct part; if it calls for reverse-polarity TNC, the 031-5677 is the one.
