The 031-70339: This plug is built for RG-179, 179A, 179B, 187, 187A, and Belden 9221 — the common 75 Ohm miniature coax types with a solid or stranded centre conductor around 0.3 mm diameter. Shield termination is crimp; the centre contact is soldered.

75 Ohm. That impedance is set by the PTFE dielectric and the centre-contact geometry, and it matches RG-179 class cables. A 50 Ohm BNC on this cable would create a mismatch; the 031-70339 is the correct 75 Ohm plug for that cable group.
