Mating a 75 Ohm adapter into a 50 Ohm line creates a mismatch that degrades return loss and signal integrity above a few hundred MHz. The 031-9-75RFX is the 75 Ohm, right-angle variant in the 031-9 family; the 031-9-75-12G is the same form factor but rated to 12 GHz with a PTFE dielectric, while the 031-220N-75RFX is a straight bulkhead jack-to-jack adapter in the same impedance.
