28-Position 0.50mm Pitch FPC Connector – Bottom Contact ZIF
It uses a bottom-contact, zero-insertion-force (ZIF) design with a slide lock actuator, accepting 0.30mm-thick FPC cables. Rated at 0.5A per contact with a 50V voltage limit, the connector is intended for low-power signal and control lines in compact electronics. The gold-plated contacts (2.00µin gold over copper alloy) provide reliable signal transfer for the rated 20 mating cycles – typical for a ZIF connector in set-and-forget applications like displays, touch panels, or sensor modules.

This connector mates with a 0.50mm-pitch FPC cable of 0.30mm thickness. The ZIF mechanism requires the actuator to be lifted before inserting the FPC, then closed to clamp the contacts. The slide lock holds the actuator in place after mating. Termination is solder – the surface-mount pads are soldered to the PCB.
