Board-to-Board Breakaway Header for Dense Routing
Through-hole solder tails (0.120" post length) anchor the header into the PCB with mechanical strength that surface-mount equivalents can't match — important when the mating cable or board applies shear force during assembly.
The unshrouded design gives the mating connector direct access to the pins, but offers no keying; ensure the mating half is correctly oriented before assembly. The 0.430" mating pin length provides ample wipe for a reliable contact interface, even with a shrouded receptacle that has a deep entry cavity.
