The 31-315-RFX is a 50 Ohm BNC plug — same bayonet-lock style, same 500-cycle rating, but a different impedance that makes it incompatible with 75 Ohm cable assemblies. The 112133 is a 75 Ohm plug like this one, but it is rated to 4 GHz (not 6 GHz) and the kit includes a fourth piece — a sleeve — for a slightly different cable group (RG-179/187 series).
