SMB Fakra Plug for RG-174/188/316 — Code B Keying
The Amphenol 2FA1-NBSP-C01-1 is an SMB Fakra plug, 50 Ohm nominal impedance, terminated by crimp onto the cable braid and centre conductor. It carries the Code B keying variant — the plastic housing colour is Cream, which identifies the keying code for the Fakra standard. This is a field-installable kit: the package includes the connector body, the gold-plated brass centre contact, and the crimp ferrule, so you have everything to terminate one cable end.
This plug is designed for RG-174, RG-188A, RG-316, LMR-100, and M17/119-RG174 coax cables. The crimp ferrule and centre contact are sized for these cable diameters.
The body is zinc die cast with a nickel finish — durable against corrosion and mechanical wear. The dielectric is a blend of PTFE and PMP, chosen for stable RF performance across the temperature range.
