SMB Fakra Jack, Code B, 50 Ohm
The Amphenol RF 3FA1-NBSJ-C04W0 is a SMB Fakra jack (female socket) with Code B keying and a cream-colored housing. It is a free-hanging, in-line connector designed for RG-58 and similar cables (RG-58, 58A, 58B, 58C, 141, 303, LMR-195, Belden B7806A, 9907). The 50 Ohm impedance and 3 GHz maximum frequency make it suited for automotive antenna, telematics, and infotainment RF links where the Fakra latching and color coding prevent mis-mating.
This jack accepts RG-58, RG-58A, RG-58B, RG-58C, RG-141, RG-303, LMR-195, Belden B7806A, and Belden 9907 cables.
Keying and Color Code
Code B keying is indicated by the cream housing color. In the Fakra system, the color matches the keying code — a cream connector mates only with a Code B receptacle. This prevents cross-mating with other Fakra codes (A, C, D, etc.) in multi-connector harnesses.
