The cable group list (RG-58, LMR-195, Belden 9907, etc.) is the die-set reference: each cable diameter and dielectric type requires a specific crimp hex size for the centre contact and ferrule. Using a cable outside this group means the strip length and crimp dimensions are unverified — the 50 Ohm impedance and pull-off force are only guaranteed within the listed group. The shield termination is a crimp ferrule over the braid; the centre contact is a separate crimp operation onto the signal conductor.
