Mating and cable fit
This header accepts a 0.33 mm thick FFC with a notched cable end. The slide lock actuates the ZIF clamp — no insertion force on the contacts during cable insertion, which protects the thin flex traces from damage. The housing is blue with a gray actuator, making visual polarity and lock engagement quick during panel wiring. The free-hanging mount means the connector is not board-mounted — it terminates an FFC cable directly, often used as a jumper between boards or to a display.
