13-Pin Unshrouded Header in Active Production
The 77311-102-13LF: Through-hole solder termination, male pin contacts, push-pull fastening — a straightforward board-to-board interconnect for standard footprint layouts.
Unshrouded design means no side walls to guide the mating half — the installer relies on the receptacle alignment. This is fine for low-vibration bench or rack-mount gear; for high-shock environments a shrouded header (same pitch, same row count) would add polarization and mechanical keying.
Plating and Contact Reliability
Phosphor bronze contact material provides a spring temper that holds normal force over temperature cycling. The UL94 V-0 thermoplastic housing adds flame-retardant compliance for equipment inside enclosures.
