As an unshrouded header, it mates with any 0.100" pitch, 15-position, single-row receptacle or socket strip — no polarization keying, so alignment relies on the mating connector's guide features or manual registration. The square male pin contact (phosphor bronze) is designed for crimp or IDC socket terminals in the mating half. Confirm the mating connector's contact finish matches — gold-to-gold is preferred for maximum cycle life; tin-to-gold is acceptable for limited-cycle applications but accelerates fretting corrosion under vibration.
