The 0.100" insulation height leaves the pins exposed for mating with a standard IDC socket or a BergStik receptacle.
In a test-equipment or programming jig where the connector is cycled weekly, that plating will outlast the product's service life. That rating assumes all 64 circuits are loaded simultaneously — derate if the ambient exceeds 85°C or if the board has poor airflow.
