It is a same-series inline adapter rated for 50 Ohm systems from DC to 6 GHz, with a snap-on fastening on both ends. The body is copper alloy with a White Bronze finish, and the center contacts are gold-plated copper alloy. The dielectric is polyoxymethylene (POM). It is designed for free-hanging (inline) cable-to-cable or cable-to-equipment connections where a straight gender-changer is needed.
