The Amphenol ICC DC37S064HTLF is a 37-position D-Sub receptacle with female sockets, part of the standard D-Subminiature family that has been a workhorse for serial and parallel data interfaces, instrumentation, and industrial control connections for decades. This is the receptacle (female) half — mates with the DC37P064HTLF male plug or any standard 37-pin D-Sub male connector with the same shell size 4 (DC, C) layout. The 37 circuits are arranged in two rows, giving you a dense but field-serviceable interconnect for signal-level wiring. Termination is via solder cup — each contact has a cup you solder a stripped wire into, making this a field-terminable connector for cable assemblies where you need to attach individual wires rather than crimp a terminal. A shielded shell with steel, tin-plated construction provides EMI/RFI containment for the signal bundle inside.
The 300 V rating gives adequate headroom for most signal and low-voltage control circuits inside an enclosure. The solder cup termination means you are hand-soldering each wire to the cup — no crimp tool, no die set. This is a field-repairable termination but slower to assemble than a crimp-and-poke contact.
