The F314-1A7H1-11036: It uses a vertical surface-mount orientation with a slide-lock ZIF actuator — the actuator opens to accept the cable, then slides closed to clamp the contacts without insertion force on the FFC pads.
Cable Thickness and Termination Fit
The connector supports straight and tapered cable end types; the vertical orientation places the cable perpendicular to the board, which matters for z-height routing in tight enclosures. No through-hole anchors — the SMT pads and the slide lock provide the mechanical hold.
Peer variants include 34-position (F314-1A7H1-11034), 40-position (F314-1A7H1-11040), and 45-position (F314-1A7H1-11045) — all with identical contact finish, current rating, and cable thickness range.
