40-Position, 0.50mm Pitch ZIF Connector
The F314-1A7H1-11040 is a 40-position, 0.50mm pitch FFC/FPC connector from the Amphenol ICC Aorora F314 series. It uses a slide-lock ZIF actuator that accepts 0.30mm or 0.33mm thick flat-flex cables with straight or tapered ends. The contact side is vertical and one-sided — a flipped flex shorts the wrong row, so confirm the cable orientation before insertion.
Position Count and Pitch Fit
This 40-position connector shares the same 0.50mm pitch, 4.25mm height above board, gold plating, and ZIF slide-lock as its siblings F314-1A7H1-11045 (45 positions) and F314-1A7H1-11036 (36 positions).
It is RoHS compliant.
The slide lock actuator is black polyamide 9T, halogen-free, glass-filled. The natural LCP housing resists reflow temperatures typical for lead-free soldering.
