The F31W-1A7H1-11012 is a 12-position, 0.50mm pitch FFC/FPC connector from the Amphenol ICC Aorora F31W series. It accepts 0.30mm or 0.33mm thick flat flex cable with straight or tapered ends, and the vertical, 1-sided contact arrangement mates with the cable's single-sided pads. Rated 0.5A per contact at 50V, this connector is built for signal-level interconnect — think display ribbon, sensor data lines, or low-power board-to-flex links.
Position Count and Pitch Confirm the BOM Fit
At 12 positions, this part sits between the 10-position (F31W-1A7H1-11010) and 16-position (F31W-1A7H1-11016) siblings in the same Aorora F31W series. If your BOM calls for 10 or 16 positions, the footprint and connector body match — just swap the position count. The 8-position variant (F31W-1A7H1-11008) is also available for lower-density layouts.
