The F32Q-1A7H1-11050 is a 50-position, 0.50mm pitch FPC connector from the Aorora F32Q series, using a zero-insertion-force (ZIF) slide-lock actuator. Contacts are gold-plated phosphor bronze with 1.97µin gold over nickel, rated for 30 mating cycles. At 0.5A per contact and 50V, this is a signal-duty interconnect — suited for display, touch-panel, or sensor ribbon connections inside a device that sees infrequent reconnects.
ZIF Slide Lock and FPC Thickness Compatibility
The slide-lock actuator (gray polyamide PA9T, glass-filled, halogen-free) accepts FPC thickness of 0.33mm. The ZIF mechanism requires no insertion force on the contacts — the cable slides in freely, then the lock clamps the contacts against the FPC pads. This avoids pad wear during assembly. The housing is natural LCP, glass-filled, rated UL94 V-0.
