That low profile suits it for board-edge routing inside thin enclosures like display panels or portable equipment.
Cable Fit and Termination Details
The contact style is contacts, bottom — the cable pads mate against the lower contact beam, so the cable insertion direction and flip-lock orientation matter for alignment. Termination is solder-only — no press-fit or IDC option on this member.
It is RoHS compliant.
The Aorora F519 series shares the same 1.00mm pitch, 3.10 mm height, tin contacts, 0.5 A rating, and 30-cycle mating life across all position counts. The only difference between the 23-position F519-1A7A1-11023-E200 and the 22-position F519-1A7A1-11022-E200 is the circuit count — the footprint and cable width scale with position. If your BOM calls for 22 circuits, the 22-position sibling is a drop-in replacement on the same pitch and stack height. Similarly, the 19-position (F519-1A7A1-11019-E200) and 16-position (F519-1A7A1-11016-E200) versions are identical in every other spec. The 19-position variant also accepts 0.30 mm FFC in addition to 0.33 mm — a minor cable thickness flexibility that the 23-position does not share.
