20-Position ZIF for 1.00 mm FFC/FPC Harnesses
The F52R-1A7H1-11020: It terminates a flat flex cable via a zero-insertion-force (ZIF) slide lock, accepting 0.30 mm or 0.33 mm thick FPC. Gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts carry 0.5 A per circuit at 50 V, with a 1.97 µinch gold flash on the mating face — enough for 30 mating cycles in a low-disconnect signal path.
ZIF Slide Lock and FPC Thickness Fit
The slide-lock actuator, molded in halogen-free glass-filled PA9T, clamps the FPC without insertion force — the contact beams wipe the pads on closure, and the lock holds the cable against vibration. The connector accepts FPC thickness of 0.30 mm or 0.33 mm; the contact geometry is designed for that range, so a 0.20 mm or 0.50 mm flex will not seat correctly. The natural housing and black actuator provide visual contrast for inspection.
