SMB / Fakra Jack — 50 Ohm Coax Connector Kit for RG-58 Cables
The FA1-NASJ-C04-0: It's a Code A keyed variant — meaning the coding lug position is fixed to A, so it mates only with a Code A Fakra plug. This is a 5-piece kit: the jack body, a crimp contact, a ferrule, a housing, and a locking clip. You get everything needed to terminate one cable end in a single package — no separate parts to order for the crimp assembly.
Cable Compatibility — Which Coax Works
This connector is crimped onto RG-58, RG-58A, RG-58B, RG-58C, RG-141, RG-303, LMR-195, Belden B7806A, and Belden 9907. All are 50 Ohm cables in the 0.195-inch diameter class with a solid or stranded center conductor. If your harness uses one of these, the FA1-NASJ-C04-0 is a direct crimp fit — no adapter needed.
The shield termination is also crimp — a standard hex crimp tool for RG-58 size ferrules works. The locking clip included in the kit provides the audible and tactile retention.
