SMB Fakra Jack for Automotive-Grade RF Links
The FA1-NDSJ-C01-0: It is part of the FA1 series of Fakra connectors, which bring a standardized, keyed interface to automotive antenna and infotainment coax links. The connector ships as a kit containing the jack body, one contact, one ferrule, one housing, and one locking clip — everything needed to terminate a cable in one order code.
This jack accepts RG-174, RG-188, RG-188A, RG-316, LMR-100, and M17/119-RG174 cables — common small-diameter 50 Ohm coax types used in vehicle antenna feeds, GPS modules, and short-run RF interconnects. The shield termination is crimped over the cable braid through the supplied ferrule.
Environmental and Mechanical Ratings
Rated for -40°C to 100°C operating temperature, the FA1-NDSJ-C01-0 handles under-hood and exterior-mounted enclosures. The housing is violet and claret, which corresponds to the Fakra colour-coding for Code D keying, preventing mis-mating with other Fakra codes in a multi-connector harness.
