It uses a Code A keying variant, mates with the corresponding HSD Fakra receptacle, and terminates to the PCB through right-angle through-hole solder tails.

The 100 Ohm impedance is matched to differential pair routing for LVDS, automotive Ethernet, or USB signals — the quadraxial contact arrangement carries two signal pairs plus a ground plane.
