15-Position ZIF FFC Connector for Tight Signal Buses
This is a top-contact version — the contact fingers touch the top side of the FFC. For a bottom-contact variant, the SFV15R-1STE1HLF is the direct counterpart, but the board footprint and cable orientation differ. The 20 mating cycles limit is typical for a ZIF connector — this part is meant for one or a few insertions during manufacturing, not for field reconnection.
The 1.80 mm height above board keeps the cable low, useful for stacking against a display or sensor module. The right-angle SMT footprint requires a clean solder paste stencil — the 0.50 mm pitch means the pads are narrow, so solder bridging risk is real if the stencil aperture is oversized. The slide lock actuator is brown, the housing is black — visual confirmation that the lock is fully engaged.
