The SFW10R-2STE1LF (10 positions) sits between the 11-position SFW11R-2STE1LF and the 10-position bottom-contact SFW10R-1STE9LF. If your FPC routes to the bottom layer, the SFW10R-1STE9LF is the contact-side swap — same pitch, same height, same ZIF lock, but contacts on the bottom. For an 11-line cable, the SFW11R-2STE1LF (top contact) or SFW11R-1STE1LF (bottom contact) are the direct position-upgrade siblings.

What the 20 Mating Cycles Mean in Practice
Twenty mating cycles is a low count — this connector is designed for one-time assembly or infrequent disconnect (e.g., during factory calibration or field replacement of a display module). For frequent reconnection, consider a gold-plated sibling in the SFW-R series. The ZIF actuator and slide lock are the only moving parts; they hold up to the 20-cycle spec without fatigue. On-site, if you need to re-pin, you replace the whole connector — the contacts are not field-replaceable individually.
