The BVB01/Z0000/01 is a 3-position IEC 320-C14 power entry module from Bulgin's Polysnap® BVB series, combining a receptacle, switch on-off, and a fuse holder in a single panel-mount flange assembly. Rated 10 A at 250 VAC, the unfiltered commercial module terminates via quick-connect 0.250" (6.3 mm) tabs and accepts a user-supplied fuse.
