The HARTING 09670090424 is a hinged plastic backshell designed for standard 9-position D-sub connectors, with the added ability to also fit high-density 15-position shells — a useful cross-over for harness shops that stock both. The 180° cable exit routes the round cable straight out the back, keeping the assembly profile low for panel-mount layouts where a right-angle exit would interfere with the enclosure wall. Black thermoplastic body, unshielded, with the 4-40 mating screws included in the package so you don't need a separate hardware kit.
