The Hirose BM23PF0.8-46DP-0.35V(51) is a 46-position board-to-board header from the BM23 series, built for tight z-axis budgets. It uses a 0.014" (0.35mm) pitch dual-row layout with outer shroud contacts, gold-plated to 1.97µin (0.050µm). The mated stack height of 0.8mm puts it in the ultra-low-profile category — useful when the PCB-to-PCB gap is under a millimeter.
Position Count and Stack Height
The 46-position version is one of the higher-circuit-count options in the BM23PF0.8 family. Compared to the BM23PF0.8-40DP-0.35V(51), which carries 40 positions, this part adds six contacts at the same 0.35mm pitch and 0.8mm stack height. That extra row of 3 positions per side matters when the signal count demands 46 lines in the same z-height envelope.
