The mated stacking height range of 6mm, 6.5mm, and 8mm gives the board designer three gap options from a single receptacle part number — the mating header determines the final stack. The 0.50mm pitch keeps the per-row routing density high, which matters when signal traces must escape between pads on inner layers.
Mounting and Retention for SMT Assembly
