The Hirose FX11LA-140P-SV(22) is a 140-position header from the FX11 series, designed for high-density board-to-board stacking. The header stands 1.90 mm above the board and achieves a 2 mm mated stacking height when paired with the matching FX11 receptacle.
Position Count and Series Fit
At 140 positions, this is the highest circuit-count member of the FX11 header family at this pitch. The 120-position sibling (FX11LA-120P/12-SV(92)) shares the same 0.50 mm pitch, 1.90 mm board height, and gold plating — the difference is purely the position count, so the BOM line drives the selection. The 140-position receptacle counterpart (FX11LA-140S-SV(22)) mates at a 1.65 mm board height to produce the same 2 mm stack, confirming the header and receptacle pair are designed as a matched set.
Mounting and Board Retention
Surface-mount termination with integrated board guides and solder retention features. Solder retention pads anchor the part to the PCB — no through-hole posts, so the board backside stays clear for routing on the opposite layer.
