This header supports two mated stacking heights — 11mm and 16mm — depending on which mating receptacle is used. The height above board is 0.427" (10.85mm), which is the tallest variant in the 60-position FX8C lineup. If you need a lower profile, the FX8C-60P-SV4(91) sits at 0.333" (8.45mm) and the FX8C-60P-SV2(91) at 0.254" (6.45mm), all at the same 0.60mm pitch and 60 positions.
Gold-Plated Contacts for Reliable Interconnect
In a mezzanine board stack, the connector pair is typically mated once during final assembly and rarely cycled again, but the gold plating still protects against corrosion in environments where the assembly sees temperature cycling or humidity.
