What This Housing Does
The Hirose GT16C-1S-HU is a single-position housing from the GT16 series, designed to accept F terminals. The gray Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) body provides basic flame retardancy for internal equipment use.
Terminal Fit and Mating
This housing is specified for use with F terminals only. The terminal style determines the wire gauge range and current rating of the completed connection. No crimp terminal is included with the housing — order the matching F terminal separately. The single-position cavity accepts one terminal; keying and polarization are built into the housing profile to prevent mis-mating with the header.
