The Hirose HR10A-10R-12SB(71) is a 12-position circular receptacle from the HR10A series, designed for panel-mount applications where a compact, push-pull locking interconnect is needed. It carries 12 female sockets arranged in a shell size 10 insert, terminated via solder cups to the rear of the panel. The push-pull fastening type gives a positive lock without requiring a threaded coupling ring — a clean mate and release for front-panel or bulkhead connections where tool access is limited.
The through-hole solder termination accepts discrete wires; the shell material is zinc alloy with a nickel finish. The keyed orientation prevents rotational misalignment during mating — the insert is fixed, so the mating plug must align to the keyway.
