Panel-Mount Receptacle for Instrumentation Racks
The Hirose HR11-9BR-6S(73) is a 6-position panel-mount receptacle from the HR11 series, designed for communication systems and instrumentation where a secure, quick-disconnect bayonet lock is preferred over a threaded coupling. The metal shell — zinc alloy with nickel finish — provides RF shielding and mechanical robustness for rack-mounted or bulkhead installations.
Termination is solder cup, requiring hand or wave soldering of individual wires to each cup. The panel mount uses a bulkhead rear-side nut, so the receptacle is secured from behind the panel with the mating face protruding through the cutout.
Ratings and Operating Envelope
The operating temperature range of -10°C to 60°C is narrower than many circular connectors; it suits indoor equipment or sheltered outdoor cabinets but not engine compartments or direct-sun enclosures.
