Product details

U.FL (UMCC) plug, 50 Ohm, 6 GHz — right-angle free-hanging

The 6 GHz max frequency covers the 2.4 and 5 GHz ISM bands plus the lower 5G NR bands (n77/n78 up to 4.2 GHz) with margin. The Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) dielectric keeps the dielectric constant stable across the -40°C to 90°C operating range, so the impedance doesn't drift with temperature.

Snap-on, right-angle, free-hanging — physical fit in the assembly

The snap-on fastening is the defining mechanical feature of the U.FL series: no nut, no thread, no lever. It mates with the matching U.FL receptacle on the PCB or module. The free-hanging mount means this plug terminates onto a cable, not a panel or board, so the cable assembly is built separately and routed into place. The phosphor bronze body with silver finish gives the shell good conductivity for the ground return path.

Frequently asked questions

What cable is compatible with U.FL-LPHF6-066N1-A-35?

This plug is designed for a specific U.FL-compatible coaxial cable. The exact cable diameter and dielectric type are defined by the Hirose U.FL series application note; the plug terminates via solder to the center conductor and shield.
