Panel-Mount D-Sub, 25-Position, Solder Cup
The JAE DB-25SR is a 25-position D-Sub receptacle from the DB series, shell size 3 (DB, B). It mounts to a panel via an unthreaded housing flange and terminates to 20 AWG wire through solder cups — a straightforward method for cable harness builds where a crimp tool isn't on hand.
Mating Half: DB-25PR Plug
This receptacle mates with the JAE DB-25PR plug — same 25 positions, same shell size, same 5 A rating and gold plating, but with male pins instead of female sockets. The unthreaded flange on both sides means you secure the pair with a separate screw-lock kit or jack-screw hardware; the flange itself is just a clearance hole for a #4-40 or M3 screw.
It's a standard-density D-Sub that's been in continuous production, so the BOM line stays stable.
