FFC Plug for Tight-Pitch Cable Assemblies
The JAE FI-X30M-NPB is a 30-position FFC plug from the FI-X series, built for flat flexible cable terminations in free-hanging (in-line) assemblies. Gold-plated contacts (3.94 µ") handle the occasional mate cycle in a consumer or internal equipment environment, while the friction lock holds the FFC in place without a secondary latch, which helps against vibration in a cable harness.
1.00 mm Pitch — Board Footprint and Cable Match
This is a standard fine-pitch for flat flexible cable interconnect.
For a cable that gets plugged once and stays, this is fine; for a service loop that gets cycled weekly, step up to a thicker gold or a locking latch.
It is ROHS3 compliant, which covers EU and most global regulatory requirements.
