The JST 06KR-6H-P is a 6-position IDC socket from the KR series, designed for mass-termination of 26 AWG discrete wire without pre-stripping or crimping.
Termination is IDC — the 26 AWG wire is pressed into the insulation-displacement slot, cutting through the jacket and making contact with the tin-plated beam in one step. The free-hanging housing mates with a matching 2.00 mm pitch pin header (KR series male pin header, sold separately). No secondary retention feature is listed, so strain relief on the cable bundle is recommended for high-vibration installations.
