1.00 mm pitch, 25-position LIF FFC connector
The 25FMN-BMTTN-A-TF(LF)(SN) is the 25-circuit member of JST's FMN series of FFC connectors, designed for vertical, single-sided FFC insertion with a Low Insertion Force (LIF) actuation. Rated 0.5 A per contact at 50 V, it carries tin-plated phosphor bronze contacts in a UL94 V-0 polyamide housing and mounts surface-mount for solder termination.
Pitch, height, and FFC thickness
The 1.00 mm pitch drives the board footprint and routing density; the mated height above board is 0.201" (5.10 mm), and the connector accepts 0.30 mm thick FFC. The LIF design reduces insertion force compared to a zero-insertion-force (ZIF) latch, suiting applications where the FFC is inserted and removed occasionally without a locking actuator.
