10-position XH header for wire-to-board harnesses
The B10B-XH-AM is a 10-position, single-row header from JST's XH series, designed for board-to-cable/wire applications. It uses a 2.50mm pitch and mates with standard XH crimp-style receptacle housings. Rated at 3 A per contact and 250 V, it suits signal-level loads in consumer electronics, industrial controls, and appliance PCBs where a compact, keyed interconnect is needed. The header is fully shrouded on all four sides, protecting the male pins during handling and mating, and the detent lock provides audible positive retention against vibration.
Mating and termination details
Termination is press-fit, solder — the through-hole posts are tin-plated and designed for wave or hand soldering. The contact length after the board is 0.134" (3.40 mm). Mated stacking height is 9.8 mm, measured from the board surface to the top of the mated receptacle housing.
